I have large, wide feet. It’s hard to find simple, pretty, comfortable formal shoes so I was happy these worked for me. The straps for me are on the last hole, so I almost didn’t think they would fit at all but they actually fit pretty well. Perhaps that’s why they don’t seem to slip around on me though. I’m happy with them so far.
For a shoe that I will wear only occasionally with one specific dress, they are pretty darn nice. Uppers are real leather, styling is nice, and heel not too high (for those occasions when you will be standing / walking / dancing for long periods). Others have noted issues with the strap not being long enough, but I did not have a problem. I did take heed those reviewers who said the shoe ran narrow, so though I normally wear a M width, I bought a W width, and they are fine. Happy with my purchase.
I liked the price on amazon for this shoe. I looked in stores and they had this same shoe for $20-40 more than I paid on amazon. With that said the shoe ran a little big for me and considering the heel height it wasn’t a very comfortable shoe to wear. I wore them all night, but I am more comfortable wearing a 3.5 inch heel or higher in comparison to these. I had to wear a low heel due to my gown being made to short. The color was nice and so was the style.
