This is a very good tent. Its packaging is very good, its material is very good, light and waterproof, and its color is very beautiful! I have bought a tent that can hold four people, but after unfolding, I find that its space inside is very high and large, which can actually hold six people. Its most prominent feature is that it can be fully automatically unfolded and folded with one button, which is very convenient and practical. Its quality is very good, its weight is very light, and it is very easy to carry. It is really an essential possession for home travel. I highly recommend this tent.
This tent is just impressive !! - The first thing of course is the setup time. I could easily set it up in 1-2 minutes. Just lift up the aluminum automatic frame and extend the aluminum pole. Then you are done !!- The tent is built with quality material.- This tent is very spacious. It can easily fit 6 people and even allows an adult to stand up inside easily. Plenty of room.- You can lift up the front door and set it up as a big sunshade. What a nice feature for camping in the hot summer time- The aluminum pole seems sturdy and durable- It’s amazing to see two doors and two windows. A fun feature for the kids :)- The package even comes with a plastic hammer (and plenty of stakes). Not a big deal, but that saves my trouble of finding a rock to hammer the stakes on the camp site every time.
FIRST IMPRESSION – THIS IS A GOOD TENTDecided to put it up by myself (old man) in drive way. I use a very heavy (10mil min) tarp for my ground cloth so I don't get poke thrus. First thing I noticed is the contents look like they were vacuum packed and it was going to be a struggle to get everything back in the long slender bag with a full length zipper. The basic instructions are sewn to the bag hem , nice touch. My advice is to photo or video what you do as you open it up. It opens easily by first folding out the legs. Then I grabbed the hub and lifted it and pulled out the legs. Each full pole has two sections and each section extends by pushing a button and pulling. It clicks in place so you know its locked. I think it's easier if you pull out the top pieces first instead of the lower legs. You might want to drive a stake in part way on at least one leg and if it's breezy you'll need more. It is easier to put the fly on before raising it up to full height. The doors and windows have edges trimmed in contrasting colors, another nice touch when you're trying to orient the fly correctly. If it's breezy find the clip on the bottom corner of the fly and clip it to it's mate on the foot of the tent pole. Do this on both corners facing the wind and then you can easily attach the other side. Now you can extend the legs and anchor everything good. I will upgrade the stakes to the heavier yellow plastic ones and maybe carry some steel wire ones too. I couldn't stake it in my driveway and it took me about 15 minutes the first time while fighting the breeze. My wife and I camped over 20 years with many tents. I bought this because of the full coverage fly which is a necessity if you want to always stay dry. With the windows and door opening on the outside some may find it inconvenient. I call it one more thing to keep it dry inside. They are held closed by zipper and Velcro. The floor isn't very thick so an inside ground cloth is a must also. The floor extends up the side, another dry feature. I think this is a well designed tent overall. The weak link here as in most tents are the zippers. They are just average. One suggestion; I tried to take this down with the fly attached. I gave up trying to do this in the wind but I think there is a way to do it. If I am traveling from campground to campground I will take the tent down and just roll it up in the ground cloth and put it in the truck ready to go.As I figured , it took me as long to stuff everything back in the tent bag as it took me to put it up. I am also going to buy a bigger duffel bag for the tent and dump the shrink wrap one. and have room for the bigger stakes, etc.I'm really looking forward to getting this up and doing some real camping. I expect this to give me some good years.
