When you get the OSMO Action the only way to charge the battery is in the camera. Even if you have a spare battery you’ll have to monitor the charging indicator so you can swap the battery. With this kit you can charge up to 3 batteries and not have to worry about swapping. I couldn’t tell any difference between the factory battery and the ones that came with this kit.
Not sure why so expensive when it only charges 2 batteries at a time. Called support but the guy did not know he thinks it’s suppose to charge all three so I’ve send it back and when I get my credit I will reorder it . You buy the item and get support along with it but technical support doesn’t know much . Well I did not expect much from him . Will see when the new order arrives
I purchased this product at a $20 premium over the RRP of the DJI charging kit due to stock and delivery issues (fulfilled by amazon so it was delivered in time for me). The only difference between this and the standard charging kit is that a microSD to USB adapter and USB C cable are included. In my case a micro B USB cable was included which is completely useless for use with the charger. A $20 premium for a junk microSD to USB adapter and an incompatible USB cable would be a joke but it's not even funny.
